Foundational years of education aims at holistic development, encompassing cognitive, emotional, social, and physical aspects. The curriculum is designed to provide a balanced education that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and characterbuilding. Children go through phases of development from preschool to primary school — from exploration of books to independent reading.

In 1st grade, children begin to read simple stories and can write about a topic that is meaningful to them along with concepts of numeracy and environmental science.

In 2nd grade, typical academic goals include: Enhancing reading and literacy skills, developing math skills and written expression along with environmental science, general knowledge and computers.
